Facility Safety Surveys & Audits
Oracle Risk Consultants have performed many Safety Surveys and Audits on a range of facilities including fixed platforms, FPSOs, MODUs and construction vessels. The purpose is normally to highlight any major safety concerns prior to committing to a Safety Case, such as to establish whether there are likely to be any reasons why a Safety Case may not be approved and determine a budget for any required upgrades. This is normally performed in conjunction with a "Gap Assessment" against the latest Codes, Standards and Legislation.
Some Clients also require us to perform an annual survey/audit to confirm compliance with the Safety Case. This also often includes a review of the facility Hazard Register.
We also do Helideck audits to CAP437/Class requirements and marine surveys to SOLAS/Class.
